Compare Stability Testing & Storage Providers

Separate chamber placement from analytical testing and shelf-life interpretation; capacity and qualified conditions require provider confirmation.

Define a defensible scope

  • Check mapped/qualified chambers, calibrated monitoring, alarm escalation, excursion handling and contingency capacity.
  • Agree product/container, markets, protocol, storage conditions, retrievals and analytical endpoints before placing inventory.
  • Device accelerated aging and pharmaceutical stability are different programmes; do not substitute ASTM F1980 for drug stability.
  • Specify inventory reconciliation, real-time follow-up, sample transfers, raw records and responsibilities.

Provider proposal checklist

  • State intended use, samples/data, method and specification where known.
  • Request evidence of relevant experience and actual scope/authorization where required.
  • Agree controls, acceptance, uncertainty, data ownership, exclusions, cost and provider-confirmed schedule.
  • Do not ship samples until acceptance and transport instructions are confirmed. Laboratory Vortex coordinates requests, not testing or approvals.
