MIL-STD-810 provides environmental-engineering considerations and tailorable laboratory methods, not a universal military-grade certificate. Base selected temperature, humidity, altitude, shock, vibration, dust or rain conditions on the equipment lifecycle profile.
Agree operating modes, fixtures, cables, exposure sequence, severities, functional checks and failure criteria before testing. Document the contractually applicable revision and any deviations; passing selected conditions is not proof of performance in every field environment.
