Façade Failure & Water Intrusion Investigation
Water intrusion investigations combine field testing of the installed envelope with laboratory analysis of removed materials. Field methods reproduce leaks under controlled water and pressure; laboratory work examines sealants (adhesion, cure, degradation), coatings, flashing and membranes to identify whether design, installation, material or ageing caused the failure.
